Key Responsibilities
Global Advance Operations
- Plan and execute multi-city and multi-country presidential trips involving faculty members, government officials, corporate leaders, philanthropists, and Minerva students/alumni
- Develop comprehensive briefing materials for all engagements
- Coordinate complex logistics while maintaining flexibility for last-minute changes
- Ensure seamless execution of high-stakes meetings and events across different cultural contexts
Strategic Initiative Management
- Track and drive progress on presidential priorities and cross-functional initiatives
- Identify and engage appropriate staff liaisons for various projects
- Create accountability frameworks to ensure successful implementation
- Provide regular progress updates to the President and Executive Leadership Team
Research and Analysis
- Conduct thorough analyses of potential new initiatives and strategic opportunities in partnership with members of the Executive Leadership Team
- Develop evidence-based recommendations for decision-making
- Prepare compelling presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Anticipate challenges and develop mitigation strategies
Executive Communication
- Draft correspondence, talking points, and presentations for the President
- Represent the President's Office in various contexts, both internally and externally

Requirements:
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic achievement
- 2-4 years of professional experience demonstrating exceptional organizational ability
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively across cultures and in ambiguous situations
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 25-30% of the time)
