Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director to lead our organization in the development and management of programs and services focused on working with children. Duties:
- Oversee the development and implementation of programs and services
- Manage a team of professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with the community, parents
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to budget guidelines.
- Provide administrative support to the organization, including supervising staff, managing office operations, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with program managers to develop and implement program strategies and goals.
- Work closely with social workers and other professionals to ensure that program services align with the needs of individuals
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting program goals and objectives.
Skills:
- Strong background in administrative and program management, with experience in the field of Early Childhood Education
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with community partners
- Expertise in program development and management, with the ability to create and implement program strategies and goals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management, with the ability to develop and manage program budgets.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
