Job Summary
Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) is seeking an individual to join our Learning and Development (L&D) CBS Team for an exciting and rewarding opportunity as a Training and Development Specialist 2! This position will schedule, create, deliver learner-centered, performance-based training by designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development activities and programs for all of DCT.

Minimum Qualifications
One (1) year professional experience OR Three (3) years advanced technical or paraprofessional experience in instructional design or delivering training to adult learners that demonstrates the following :
Master's degree in learning management, instructional design, adult education, or related field.
Note : A Bachelor's degree in learning management, instructional design, adult education, or related field may substitute for1 year of advanced technical or paraprofessional experience.
