This role plays a vital part in maintaining confidential property records, performing detailed technical assessing processes, and supporting the City Assessor and division staff in sales and valuation duties. In addition, this position assists assessors with field inspections, taking photos and data entry as needed. You will provide expert customer service to property owners on classification, valuation, and complex tax issues while serving as the primary contact for the CAMA (Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal) software system.
