Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our human capital and ensuring that our HR practices align with the overall business strategy. This position requires a strong understanding of recruiting requirements, employment laws, Kronos, as well as expertise in workers' compensation and human capital management. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for presenting HR initiatives to leadership and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Duties
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to staff and management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal regulations and best practices.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including workers' compensation claims and leave management.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition.
- Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics to enhance employee knowledge and compliance.
- Monitor workforce performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in human capital management.
- Present HR initiatives and updates to senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Writes Affirmative action plan/EEO-1 reports.
- Administers all MDV Safety and OSHA programs.
Education
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, OR
- Three years related experience in the HR field, OR
- Any similar combination of education and experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
