Responsibilities

Lead and grow your insurance agency in the Mora area.

Build lasting relationships with clients by providing solutions for their insurance and financial service needs.

Recruit, train, and manage a team of high-performing professionals to support agency growth.

Develop customized business plans with coaching and guidance from Farmers Insurance District Office experts.

Manage day-to-day operations, from marketing and sales to customer service.

Create wealth and establish a legacy while serving the Mora community.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, leadership, or business development is a plus, but were willing to train the right candidate.

A passion for serving clients and solving problems with tailored insurance solutions.

Minnesota Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses (or the ability to obtain them).
