RECEPTIONIST/INTAKE SPECIALIST

New law firm in Roseville is looking for a receptionist/intake specialist. Full time (40 hours per week) between 8am and 5pm weekdays. Primary responsibilities are to answer and route incoming calls, schedule appointments, greet visitors, handle mail and accept service for our corporate clients, and perform other administrative tasks. The right applicant will have strong communication skills, professional and courteous, friendly yet stern when necessary on rare occasion, punctual, and well organized.

As a Receptionist/Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. Your core skills in clerical duties, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities will be essential in managing front desk operations. With premium skills in office management and experience with multi-line phone systems, you will efficiently handle inquiries and appointments. Additionally, your proficiency in Microsoft Office will support data entry and filing tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our organization.
