Overview : The Office Manager & Executive Assistant to the CEO will oversee daily office operations in our professional services environment and will report to the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to providing support to executive leaders, managing office operations facilities, and events.

Location :
This role is on-site 5 days a week in Minneapolis, MN.
Responsibilities :
- Work directly with CEO and other executive leaders to prepare reports, presentations, and slide decks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform administrative tasks to support office leaders, including scheduling meetings, handling mail, correspondence, and other requested duties.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and attendee arrangements.
- Oversee facility management coordination, including liaising with vendors, negotiating and tracking contracts, and ensuring a safe and efficient office environment.
- Coordinate travel and serve as the travel liaison for executive leaders, ensuring attention to detail and effectively communicating travel details.
- Manage and maintain information on the company’s intranet site.
- Provide front desk support by answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing visitor schedules.
- Manage office and kitchen supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels and timely replenishment.
- Handle other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.
