Overview : The Office Manager & Executive Assistant to the CEO will oversee daily office operations in our professional services environment and will report to the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to providing support to executive leaders, managing office operations facilities, and events.

Location :

This role is on-site 5 days a week in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities :

  • Work directly with CEO and other executive leaders to prepare reports, presentations, and slide decks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support office leaders, including scheduling meetings, handling mail, correspondence, and other requested duties.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and attendee arrangements.
  • Oversee facility management coordination, including liaising with vendors, negotiating and tracking contracts, and ensuring a safe and efficient office environment.
  • Coordinate travel and serve as the travel liaison for executive leaders, ensuring attention to detail and effectively communicating travel details.
  • Manage and maintain information on the company’s intranet site.
  • Provide front desk support by answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing visitor schedules.
  • Manage office and kitchen supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels and timely replenishment.
  • Handle other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements :

  • High school graduate with some college or professional training.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Administrator or similar role in a professional services environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting with the ability to take direction from multiple individuals.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Independent worker, who enjoys looking for opportunities to add value, support teams and pitch-in, wherever needed.
  • High level of proficiency creating slide decks, reports, and presentation materials, as well as with the complete Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Professional, friendly demeanor with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • This is an onsite position that requires work to be performed at the Company’s Minneapolis office.

  • Competitive Base salary with a range from $55,000 - $75,000 depending on the breadth of experience, knowledge and scope of position for which they are hired
