Description
Assist the Finance department with processing of accounts payable and administrative functions.
Employment Type
Summer Employment - Begin in June continue through late September.
Essential Functions
Assist with daily and weekly processing of accounts payable, including filing, creating spreadsheets, entering new vendor information, entering invoices on a daily basis, matching purchase orders to invoices, auditing for accuracy, entering information into databases, and assisting with the gathering and verification of W-9 forms.
Assist with other projects in the finance department.
Assist with tasks assigned by either the immediate supervisor or general manager as needed.
Work Schedule
The schedule for this position will start 2-3 days per week and increasing to 5 days per week as the summer progresses.
Extended hours during peak times, including some weekends and evenings are required.
Required to work all 12 days of the Minnesota State Fair, August 21 - September 1, 2025.
The schedule after Labor Day is flexible and can work around school schedule, however must work for at least 4 hours at a time and no evenings or weekends.
Requirements
Available to work June - late September.
