ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
- Provide administrative support to the People and Culture team including scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
- Maintain and update employee records including payroll and benefits information in HRIS system.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, travel arrangements, and background checks.
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations.
- Assist with mandatory NFL reporting requirements.
- Serve as point of contact for internal and external enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Proofreads and sends documents and correspondence on behalf of the department
- Provides administrative support for organization’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion council
- Represent department in various groups and meetings
The Ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Experience and competency in HRIS system and SharePoint.
- Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and proven ability to work effectively with a diverse group of employees at all levels in an organization
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to articulate ideas and use active listening skills
- Time management skills, ability to focus on customers (internal and external)
- Ability to establish relationships, share ideas and build trust
- Ability to deal effectively with confidential information
