Job Overview
The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key Responsibilities
· Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines for DHS 245D. This includes staying updated on relevant policies, conducting regular audits, and implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance.
· Process Improvement: Partner with the management team to identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance services. This involves analyzing current procedures, gathering feedback, and developing solutions to streamline operations.
· Goal Monitoring: Monitor and track the progress of goals for persons served. This includes regularly reviewing and updating care plans as needed to ensure they align with the individual needs and objectives of each person.
· Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records. Ensure all office functions are performed efficiently and effectively.
· Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate clear and effective communication within the office and with partners, clients, and management.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all processes, care plans, and compliance activities. Ensure that all records are organized and easily accessible for review.
· Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of staff members to ensure they are knowledgeable about compliance requirements and best practices. Provide ongoing support and guidance to promote continuous improvement.
· Resource Management: Manage office supplies and resources to ensure the office is well-equipped to perform its functions. This includes tracking inventory and coordinating with vendors for procurement.
Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise in the office, providing effective solutions to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
