What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Bar Manager position at Mint Mark?
Seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to join Mint Mark's team at our new location at 1874 E. Washington Ave. Our ideal candidate will be detail oriented, efficient, and organized with years of fast paced high end cocktail bar service, a good base knowledge of spirits/beer/wine and the ability to communicate well with staff and customers. Experience with inventory management, ordering, shrub/syrup making, and cocktail development a plus.
Mint Mark is a produce-forward shared plate restaurant and bar showcasing the best of Wisconsin’s bounty that opened in December 2017. Our business has always been philosophically punk, dedicated to an opposition to the industry establishment, commitment to non-conformity, and passion for authenticity. Our dining room has an airy, verdant atmosphere, top notch bar program, and delicious plates with a menu that is constantly changing with the seasons and the inspiration of the kitchen.

Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
