Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in managing and supporting a variety of human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and other general HR activities. The HR Generalist will work closely with management and staff to ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with the company’s goals and promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, and labor laws.
- Experience in recruitment, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
