Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Develop and implement training programs for staff development
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Communicate with staff, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
- Handle budgeting and financial tasks as needed
- Plan and coordinate office events and meetings
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Utilize medical office management skills if applicable
- Oversee payroll processes
- Manage phone systems effectively
Qualifications:
· Communication and Customer Service skills
· Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
· Experience with Office Equipment
· Good organizational and time-management skills
· Knowledge of financial principles and bookkeeping
· Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/ quick books software
· Attention to detail and accuracy a must
