Job Summary : The HR Generalist will manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role involves a wide range of HR functions, including onboarding / offboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. The HR Generalist will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
