What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR - Customer Service Representative position at Minuteman Press?
Successful business-to-business printing, design, and marketing company seeking a kind, detail-oriented full-time customer service representative. This person will interact with all business customers and keep records of account information in our customer database. Assist in quoting client jobs and accepting payments.
This team member will need to communicate clearly, stay organized, and effectively relay customers' wishes to the graphic design department. Must have an upbeat attitude and enjoy coordinating with people.
Print Industry Experience is a Plus but not Required
This is not a Graphic Design Position
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Superb telephone communication skills
- Experience handling customers in a kind, professional manner
- Experience using database software and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Ability to present the company in a positive and supportive manner
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
