Minuteman Security & Life Safety is looking for an energetic and organized Digital Marketing Manager to create an active online marketing strategy and drive selected revenue-generating activities.

Our company has expanded remarkably in the last eighteen months, and we are building a Marketing team to match the growth. In this newly created position of Digital Marketing Manager, you will put your experience to work by building a marketing technology stack from scratch and shaping our approach to online marketing.

You'll work on a hybrid schedule from our Edison NJ office, alongside an experienced Marketing Director and a high-functioning and cheerful Operations team.

Responsibilities:

• Implement a marketing automation program (MAP) and integrate it with our ERP and website
• Plan and execute all digital online marketing
• Develop and curate our house list
• Support lead generation and nurture campaigns
• Train customer-facing colleagues to correctly use the MAP
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Launch and optimize text/display advertising campaigns
• Manage our website (Wordpress) for engagement and SEO
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure good lead handling
• Identify new strategies, trends and tools
• Carefully but creatively use AI tools to support our marketing activities
• Present results in concise monthly reports
• Create short videos that support campaigns and brand development

What we like about you:

• 3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Experience with marketing automation & CRM platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Unquenchable devotion to clean data
• Very proficient with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Wordpress
• Knowledge of email best practices, and the ability to make an HTML email template look right
• Experience and creativity with A/B testing
• Quite organized

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a B2B setting, or within the security industry
• Certification in a marketing automation platform (e.g. Hubspot, Zoho, Pipedrive)
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite software

Pay Transparency Statement:

The base salary range for this role is $60,200 - $92,300. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
