Responsibilities
- The Content Marketing Manager will report directly to the SVP of Marketing and oversee all content marketing and external / internal PR communications initiatives.
- This position will serve as a team liaison with various internal parties across the US and Global, including the Sales Enablement & Marketing team for ongoing product-related and sales support initiatives and the Global Research & Analytics team during the development of case studies, white papers, and research reports.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content marketing calendar in line with brand, product, and corporate communications strategies.
- Lead and manage entire process of whitepaper development, with a minimum of one paper per quarter.
- Strategize and write B2B email marketing programs in support of sales initiatives, with a minimum of 2 per month.
- Provide copywriting support for sales collateral and promotional materials such as product one-sheets, decks, infographics, brochures, etc.
- Draft blog posts in support of product, research, event, and thought leadership programs.
- Manage website landing page content, including copy, forms, news feed, etc.
- Oversee the development of ongoing internal communications supporting corporate culture.
- Provide editorial guidance (i.e. proofreading and copy editing) for corporate communications assets such as bylines and releases.
- Develop and test digital tracking and reporting systems for content-driven paid media campaigns.
- Deliver quarterly performance reports to executive leadership on content marketing, PR, and internal communications programs.
