We’re looking for a driven, organized individual to become our next Project Administrator! As the Project Administrator, you will support assigned functions of integration projects across the rapidly expanding national footprint of our Miracle-Ear Flagship retail business.

What will you do?
- Support field operations by ordering and tracking the delivery of supplies to the field for various new construction/acquisition projects
- Partners with M&A Integration team to manage the overall integration project assisting with closure on issues and gaps as well as maintaining focus on continuous improvement
- Receive invoices and review for accuracy
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
- Manage communication including emails and phone calls
- Set up and manage tools used to manage integrations (Microsoft 365 Suite, Smartsheets)
- Partner with internal operations team (construction, facilities, project management, IT) to assist with integration of new initiatives
What does the ideal Project Administrator possess?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field with 3-5 years in data analysis, Administrative or management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to manage responsibilities and meet goals in a fast paced, often changing environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong oral and written interpersonal skills
- Confidently work within Microsoft 365 Suite and Smartsheet
- Ability to build and maintain internal as well as external relationships
- Position requires overnight domestic travel, up to 40% of the time
- Experience identifying and resolving issues independently with a solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
- Self-starter and bias for action
