Job Description: Billing Executive (Fresher)

Position: Billing Executive

Roles And Responsibilities

• Generate accurate invoices and billing reports for customers.
• Maintain records of all billing transactions in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely billing.
• Resolve customer queries related to invoices and payments.
• Cross-check and verify sales orders, delivery challans, and tax details for accuracy.
• Assist in preparing periodic billing summaries and reports for management.
• Support the finance team with data entry and reconciliation tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and GST regulations.
  
  

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or any relevant field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
