Job Details for Estimator:

· Monday – Friday, 1st shift (Must be flexible for occasional weekends or overtime)

· Up to $80,000 annually

Job Responsibilities for Estimator:

· Meet with residential and commercial property owners to provide detailed cost estimates and proposals

· Take accurate measurements during the consultation to understand project parameters fully

· Complete estimates in a timely manner utilizing scheduling/estimating software

· Maintain client communication by providing status and schedule updates

· Generate sales leads and appointments by attending home/trade shows in and around the market territory

Job Requirements for Estimator:

· Possess the ability to read and interpret a tape measure along with basic computer skills

· Successful completion of background check

· Must possess a valid US Driver’s license with clean driving record

· Occasional travel required for commercial projects

· Prior estimating experience required

Prior estimating, sales or design experience required. Surface refinishing, technician, or painting experience is preferred, but not required. Repair, restoration, or installation of tile, kitchen, bathtub, shower, or bathroom fixtures is helpful, but not required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
