The Fleet Services Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing the Mission Mobile Dynamic Preventative Maintenance Program, ensuring that all client-owned mobile vehicles receive timely, high-quality maintenance and warranty repairs. This client-facing role requires a professional, proactive, and service-oriented approach to ensure vehicle reliability and customer satisfaction.

Client-Facing Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding fleet maintenance, repairs, and warranty-related services.
• Coordinate and oversee the Dynamic Preventative Maintenance Program, ensuring that all client vehicles receive scheduled maintenance and necessary repairs to maximize reliability and performance.
• Provide world-class customer service by maintaining clear, professional, and proactive communication with clients.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot client concerns, providing timely resolutions and coordinating necessary repairs with internal teams or external service providers.
• Ensure all warranty claims are processed efficiently, working with manufacturers and suppliers as needed.

Operational & Internal Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and execute preventative maintenance and repair services in collaboration with the internal service team.
• Track and document service history, maintenance schedules, and warranty repairs using fleet management systems.
• Ensure adherence to company and industry safety standards in all fleet maintenance activities.
• Manage vendor relationships for parts, repairs, and outsourced services as needed.
• Identify areas for operational improvement in the fleet service process to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

New Inventory Management:

• Oversee inspections and servicing of newly acquired inventory to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition before being put into use.
• Coordinate necessary modifications, repairs, and routine maintenance for new inventory before deployment.
• Work closely with procurement and operations teams to ensure new vehicles meet company standards and client needs.

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in fleet maintenance, service management, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and warranty claims management.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional client service.
• Organizational Abilities: Strong ability to manage schedules, coordinate logistics, and oversee multiple service tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaboration: Experience working with internal teams, vendors, and external service providers.

Salary & Benefits

• 80 PTO hours available after first 60 days of service.

• Salary range $60-70K, with a progressive growth plan based on performance. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining the final salary.
