Job Overview:
As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee and lead the nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. You will be responsible for developing care plans, implementing systems, conducting MDS assessments, overseeing documentation review, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise in nursing administration, acute care, assisted living, hospice care, anatomy knowledge, and home care will be instrumental in providing exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Manage and optimize systems to enhance efficiency and quality of patient care.
• Conduct MDS assessments accurately and timely.
• Review documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations.
• Utilize your anatomy knowledge to guide clinical decision-making.
• Oversee nursing operations in various settings including assisted living, acute care, hospice care, and home care.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing leadership roles.
• Strong background in nursing administration and clinical operations.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in healthcare.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $52.88 - $64.08 per hour
