Our client is seeking a seasoned SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER with extensiveexperience in land development and grading in the residential sector.The ideal candidate will bring expertise in drainage and stormwatermanagement, contributing to a diverse project portfolio. This positionoffers significant career advancement opportunities, includingpotential ownership within a 5-year plan.RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead project planning and management for various civil engineeringprojects.
- Oversee the design and implementation of grading and improvementplans.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensureproject compliance and efficiency.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professionaldevelopment.MUST HAVE'S :
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with afocus on land development and grading.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license in California is required.
- Expertise in drainage and stormwater management is highlypreferred.
- Proven ability to lead and manage comprehensive engineeringprojects.WORK ENVIRONMENT :
- Office-based with a collaborative and flexible work culture.
