- Conceptualize, create, and adapt visual assets for marketing campaigns, events, and brand partnerships.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives.
- Ensure designs are scalable, production-ready, and optimized for efficiency.
- Work with the creative director and design lead to expand brand vision and develop high-level creative solutions.
- Partner with product managers, marketers, and developers to create cohesive and impactful designs.
- Develop assets for digital, print, social media, events, and thought leadership materials.
- Maintain high-quality standards, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years in a senior design role within a fast-paced, innovative setting.
- Expertise in original creative development, branding, and scalable design systems.
