The duties and responsibilities of the Director of Nursing Services include the planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Nursing Services Department at Mississippi Methodist Senior Services in accordance with current existing federal, state and local standards, as well as in accordance with the established policies and procedures at Mississippi Methodist Senior Services, to maximize fulfilling the care-giving needs of residents who reside at Mississippi Methodist Senior Services. The person holding this position is delegated the responsibility for ensuring that the assigned duties and responsibilities of all nursing services employees are carried out according to best practice standards.
