Role Description
Position: Full-Time | Monday - Friday (8a-5p) | Flexibility Required
Lead with Compassion & Excellence! Martha Coker Green House® Homes is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Director of Nursing (DON). This leadership role is an opportunity to oversee clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure the highest quality of care for our Elders in a resident-centered environment.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Mississippi.
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing leadership preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to cover shifts and support staff when necessary.
