As an IT Manager at Missouri Ozarks Community Health, you will oversee our company's technology operations, including network, servers, computer hardware, and software. General Responsibilities:
- Setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, laptops, and network hardware/software systems.
- Manage and lead the IT department, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members.
- Oversee IT Support Specialist.
- Collaborate with contracted third-party IT support and health records software providers.
- Monitor, manage, and evaluate network infrastructure and performance.
- Establish network specifications, workflow, and security settings.
- Collaborate with other departments to address IT needs.
- Assist end users with hardware and software concerns.
- Develop reporting tools for health quality measures.
- Support the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- Preferred certifications: Network , Cisco (CCENT, CCNA, CCNP).
- Working knowledge of Windows Server and SQL.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of electronic health records systems is a plus.
