We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Coordinator to provide essential support to our Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), patients, caregivers, families, and visitors. This role involves managing daily operations, organizing resources, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations & Support: Assist with stand-up templates, provide administrative support to the Clinical Director (CD) and Director of Operations (DOO).
- Communication & Document Handling: Manage phone calls, send denial letters and recertification notices, sort mail, and handle medical records.
- Patient Admission Support: Create binders for new admits, order Durable Medical Equipment (DME), and update patient benefit info in SharePoint.
- Supplies & Inventory Management: Order medical/office supplies, track gas card distribution, and manage staff supplies.
- Financial & Banking: Scan checks/deposit slips, and assist with banking and financial tasks.
- Employee & Legal Records: Maintain employee files, organize legal packets, and assist with employee onboarding.
- Meeting & Event Prep: Assist with IDT meeting materials, IT equipment orders, and audit documentation.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Assist with intake, run errands, and support the CD, DOO, or CNO with any additional tasks.
SCHEDULE:
The schedule for this position entails Monday through Friday day shifts. This position is 30-40 hours per week.

Requirements:- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree or coursework preferred.
- Prior administrative experience, ideally in healthcare (Hospice, Senior Living, Home Health).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
