What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Coordinator position at Mister Car Wash?
The Recruiting Coordinator is a valuable team member that provides a best in class administrative and recruiting experience. With a focus on high volume hiring, the Recruiting Coordinator works in close concert with the Market Recruiter focusing on prompt, efficient execution of the hiring process. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for assisting with pre and post hire experience and launching onboarding. The role sits in market and provides support to multiple markets.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, scheduling, and processing hires.
Maintain data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System.
Process all new hires in market and launch onboarding.
Assist General Managers, Regional Managers, Directors of Operations and Market
Recruiters with scheduling interviews and candidate inquiry.
Develop strong, effective, working relationships across the organization to lead and support managers and employees in the areas of talent acquisition.
Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills while always maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Assist with reviewing applications and conduct candidate pre-screens.
Assist with internal and external relocation process, working with the Talent Acquisition
Specialist to launch relocation process with our third-party vendor.
Assist the broader Talent Acquisition function with ongoing projects as needed such as background checks DEI efforts, employer branding etc.

3 years of experience in an administrative role.
Bachelor’s degree or combination of education/work experience
1-3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred.
Proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and HRIS System(s).
MS Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
