Description
- We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a multi-year initiative focused on deploying technology infrastructure to enhance employee and client experiences.
- This role involves managing multiple concurrent office buildouts, implementing network, wireless, voice, and multimedia solutions, and coordinating the teams responsible for delivery.
- The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, securing funding, and coordinating deployment plans.
- Responsibilities also include project reporting, planning and tracking, issue and risk management, and ensuring successful project execution.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in financial services.
- 8-10 years of experience in technology project management.
- Expertise in managing technology infrastructure projects, including network, data center, and corporate office buildouts.
- Experience gathering technology requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to finalize technical designs.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams, including internal resources and third-party contractors.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum, Kanban, LEAN).
- Proficiency in project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and Project.
- Ability to lead deployment activities, track progress, and ensure timely project completion.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in financial services or consulting industries.
- Familiarity with enterprise network technologies and infrastructure solutions.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
- Experience in business analysis, forecasting, and providing consultative solutions.
- Ability to manage operational lifecycles and ensure project documentation is updated.
