Description :
The Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for leveraging technical expertise, business knowledge, creativity, and communication skills to design and maintain efficient, reliable, and user-friendly reporting data models.
This role requires a strong understanding of best practices for analytics tool development and implementation.
The individual will serve as a key resource for analysts requiring assistance in building or troubleshooting data models and will also contribute to report development and analytics tool administration.
Required Skills :
Experience supporting multiple business domains such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Sales with well-structured data
Proficiency in writing SQL queries, including complex statements involving subqueries and common table expressions
Expertise in developing reports using analytics tools and business intelligence platforms
Strong understanding of database principles and data modeling best practices
Ability to solve complex problems with minimal guidance
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving business needs
Desired Skills :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field
5-7 years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve business problems
5 years of SQL experience
3 years of experience developing and optimizing analytics tool data models
Experience with administrative functions related to business intelligence platforms is a plus
Passion for innovation and continuous learning
Compensation :
Pay Range : $102,000 - $106,000
