Job Description
Design, develop and implement new report requests and reporting project solutions using Epic and other third party utilities as part of organizational analytics initiative.
- Collaborate with other BIDs
- Collaborate with DVEs (Data Visualization Engineers)
- Responsible for extracting, reporting, and analyzing data to support the needs identified
- Mine and extract data from data sources (Clarity, Caboodle, Data Warehouse, and other external sources)
- Present data in a clean manner based on requester's description
- Maintain work in ServiceNow queue
- Support Department and System Projects
- Maintain appropriate documentation in DevOps and other project tools
