We are seeking a dependable and motivated professional to provide high-level administrative support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, be a creative problem-solver, and adapt well to evolving priorities. This role is ideal for someone looking to advance their administrative career or transition into an executive support position. Responsibilities :
Organize and manage committee meetings, including logistics, scheduling, and preparation of materials. Synthesize information, analyze data, gather stakeholder input, draft memos, present recommendations, and take meeting minutes. Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports, and vendor agreements. Manage inbound and outbound communication while coordinating internal and external processes. Assist with the creation and distribution of external communications such as newsletters, emails, and website content. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information with integrity and discretion. Effectively manage shifting priorities and ambiguity while maintaining a structured approach to work. Identify and resolve issues independently with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders using diplomacy and professionalism. Demonstrate a collaborative and positive attitude with a strong willingness to grow in the role. Required Skills :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 7 years of experience in executive support or administrative roles. Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with office productivity tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and email management. Ability to anticipate needs, identify obstacles, and develop viable solutions. Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships at all levels. Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and make informed decisions. Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information. Desired Skills :
Experience supporting executive leadership in a corporate or professional setting. Familiarity with workflow automation or project management tools. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities. Compensation :
Pay Range : $70000K-$100000K
