Spanish Language Required
Front Desk Associate is responsible for promoting and selling memberships and services while providing impeccable service to Members and Guests. Responsibilities include checking in Members in a friendly and positive manner, processing payments and collecting past due accounts, fulfilling all check-in procedures, taking tours for Guests, and other tasks as assigned.
What you’ll do as a Front Desk Associate:
- Opening and closing the studio (if scheduled as an opener or closer) in a safe, efficient manner by following established opening/closing procedures.
- Check in each member using the proper check-in procedures
- Monitor check-ins to identify delinquent accounts and make all efforts to collect balances and update information.
- Register all guests into the studio using proper registration procedures
- Manage phone inquiries and assist them with their needs.
- Respond to member requests, inquiries and concerns. Ensure they get addressed in and out effective, prompt and friendly manner.
- Promote and sell merchandise.
- Process all monetary transactions on the Point of Sale System according to POS procedures.
- Assess and keep the front desk and surrounding areas clean and sanitized.
- Report all maintenance and cleaning concerns to management
- Be on time to work your shift
- Perform other tasks as directed by management

- We require fluent English. Spanish and Portuguese is a plus
