Located in the heart of the community of Washington Heights in Northern Manhattan is a 705-bed rehabilitation and nursing care facility with a mission to provide quality care through diverse programs and services designed to support health and independence to individuals needing short-stay or long term inpatient care.
The Patient Relations Representative plays an integral role in improving the experience of residents and family/representatives. The Patient Representative serves as an advocate to assist with resolving ethical concerns and escalate issues that may occur. It is the duty of the Patient Representative to ensure that residents receive quality care in order to achieve maximum resident satisfaction.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required; associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience working within a healthcare environment, and customer service experience and Long-Term Care preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; use of various computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
Salary : $51,305 - $60,000
