Major Community Based hospital in the Bronx seeks Patient Relations Representative for 3 month contract (potential for perm conversion). MUST be able to pass all background / drug screen

Spanish preffered but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply

Excellent customer service oriented background

Must Be reliable and able to work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Experience in a hospital / healthcare setting is ideal

Responsible for  writing reports.

Serve as intermediary between hospital and patient / family etc to log and Investigate complaints.

Review investigations   / ensure all notes are entered / review reports for proper terminology scan and file  once completed.

Excellent Follow Up Skills

Pays $18-$20 / HR
