As a Sr. Manager of Human Resources you will team of HR Generalists and Specialists in the planning, implementation, and/or administration of human resources programs for a division within the Americas region. Your duties may include: recruitment, responding to employee relations issues, equal employment practices, organizational development, and administration of the company’s annual performance, salary and talent review processes.
You Make an Impact By:
- Advises managers, supervisors, and employees in interpretation and application of company human resources policies and procedures; serves as liaison with global HRBPs and provides technical expertise to resolve human resources related issues
- Ensures overall alignment and consistency of HR program delivery and implementation
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Leverages data, change management and influencing techniques to achieve sustainable outcomes.
- Selects and develops staff to ensure direct reports have the capability and expertise needed to support the business
- Develops proactive solutions to ensure overall positive employee relations and engagement for production staff at the sites in area of responsibility
- Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, Organizational Change, Performance Management, Talent Development, and Succession Planning).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8 years of progressive Human Resources Business Partner experience with demonstrable experience in organization design, change management, talent management, leader coaching and development, employee relations and performance management.
- 3 years of HR team leadership experience in a manufacturing or related function
- Managing change, shaping culture, coaching leaders, developing talent, managing risk, and ensuring compliance.
- Master’s degree preferred
- HCM experience and knowledge
- Delivering in a fast paced, high growth, changing environment.

- Addressing difficult issues and making decisions independently.
