A HVAC services company is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on HR professional to support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to key process improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, collaborative HR team.
Position Overview
We are hiring for a Sr. HR Coordinator or HR Generalist who can take ownership of core transactional HR functions and help elevate the department's effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be organized, systems-savvy, and capable of juggling daily HR administrative work while also supporting process improvement and systems projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day HR administration, including HRIS data entry and reporting
- Serve as a go-to resource for employee onboarding logistics and documentation
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment coordination
- Provide backup support for payroll processing as needed
- Help implement and optimize newly purchased UKG modules (ATS, Benefits, etc.)
- Collaborate with HR Director on initiatives to improve HR processes and documentation
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of HR administrative or generalist-level experience
- Experience with UKG (formerly UltiPro) is required – especially familiarity with system setup and navigation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot and correct errors
- Comfort working independently and taking initiative to improve systems and processes
- Professional communication skills and discretion in handling confidential information
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $85,000
