YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy Development & Implementation
· Set clear sales targets and KPIs.
· Develop and implement a sales playbook that provides the sales team with clear goals and objectives.
· Adjust sales strategy as needed in consideration of market conditions and client feedback.
· Manage and align marketing team with sales strategies.
Sales Reporting
· Lead the development of sales reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the sales team and senior leadership.
· Provide regular updates to senior leadership on team performance, challenges, and progress toward sales and marketing goals.
· Analyze sales data and generate reports that inform decision-making.
Sales Process Optimization
· Continuously analyze and improve sales processes, workflows, and systems to increase efficiency and productivity.
· Identify and implement best practices to streamline sales operations, including lead generation, territory planning, pipeline management, and deal closure.
· Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the sales process and implement solutions.
Sales Performance
· Ensure the sales and marketing team adheres to best practices and follows the established sales process from lead generation through to closing.
· Provide daily leadership, including coaching, motivation, and performance management for team members.
· Develop actionable plans to improve sales results and address underperformance.
Team Collaboration & Communication
· Work closely with marketing, estimating, operations, and other departments to ensure that the sales team has the resources and support needed to close deals.
· Maintain open communication with senior leadership to ensure that sales efforts align with the company’s broader objectives.
· Create, promote, and oversee Team and Cross Selling programs throughout the company.
Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain relationships with key clients - particularly major or repeat accounts.
· Provide support in closing larger deals or resolving issues with accounts.
Technology & Tools Management
· Oversee the implementation and management of sales tools, CRM systems, and technology solutions.
· Work with IT and other departments to ensure systems are fully optimized to support sales goals.
· Train sales teams on the effective use of sales tools and ensure the systems are leveraged to their fullest potential.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum Education | Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
· Proven track record of success in sales operations & leadership.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to manage and execute complex sales initiatives.
· Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
· Track record of transforming company objectives to sales & marketing strategy.
