- Event Assistance: Provide support during event planning and execution, helping with logistics and ensuring a smooth experience for clients and guests.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and event participants.
- Problem-Solving: Handle customer issues or complaints quickly and professionally to maintain a positive company reputation.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Track customer feedback and support the team in gathering insights to improve service and future events.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks like document preparation, scheduling, and event coordination.
