MMC Group is hiring for an Assessment Assessor for our client in Everett, WA!
You do not need to have aerospace experience as you will be trained on all material that you will be assessing. Fresh out of military and retired candidates encouraged to apply, go-getters most wanted!
Responsibilities:
Will be managing and grading completed certification assessments taken by new hires for the client. Being that the assessment is for an Aerospace Certification, knowledge in the following areas is highly desired, but not required:
- Electrical
- Previous assembly knowledge
- Production standards
- Both hands on and theoretical development and instructional practice
- Compliance
- Highly organized and time management
- Previous leadership/management experience
- Tech savvy – new software roll outs are not uncommon in this space
Requirements:
- Understand and administer complex evaluation systems (hands-on and theoretical)
- Multi-task with numerous clients simultaneously
- Maintain a clean and tidy work-space in a complex industrial environment
- Communicating updates, issues and/or questions to your manager in a timely manner
- Stay up to date on Aerospace and compliance requirements and maintain the highest level of customer service
- Enter grades and attendance with 100% accuracy
The position will be around 32hrs per week, and is not a set schedule but based on the needs of the client, so flexibility on start and end times needed. Mainly will be in the Everett location, however, may require travel to Seattle, Renton, Auburn, or other locations as well (There will be mileage reimbursement for these incidences).
If offered position, expect up to three weeks from date of offer for all background checks and badging to be completed.
Salary : $28 - $32
