This position is based onsite fulltime at our Canton, MI Headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing company meetings, including scheduling travel, scheduling meetings, sending reminders, organizing catering, and prepares minutes and action items as directed.
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate team.
- Managing management teams’ calendars including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
- Completing expense reports for management.
- Running high-level office errands, for example: picking up materials from print shops, food or beverages for meetings, etc.
- Providing administrative support by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, including those of a sensitive, confidential or non-routine nature; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating communications. Prioritizing conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously and proactively, and follows-through to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Builds and maintains a network of relationships (e.g., leadership team, leadership teams' direct reports, Operations, etc.) to obtain information and assistance as required and to portray a professional executive's office.
- Assisting with special projects and performs other job functions as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- College degree in Administration, Business, or related experience preferred.
- 3 years of experience in an Administrative or Executive Assistant position preferred.
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to multitask.
