Nursery Office Manager.

Moana nursery in Canby Oregon is looking to fill our Office Manager position. We are a wholesale grower with three Retail Garden centers and landscaping business located in Reno Nevada.  

Responsibilities include the following. 

Responsible for directing incoming communications (including answering, screening, and forwarding all phone calls, emails. Greet and address any walk-in customers, process daily mail). 

Day-to-day office organization (including maintaining filing system, acting as IT support liaison, distributing inventory availabilities via email, maintaining adequate levels of office supplies and maintaining office cleanliness). 

Responsible for teammate information support (including the creating, updating of various spreadsheets and reports (budget, inventory, PTO, truck schedules, digging reports, and labor hours).

Responsible for data entry of hourly teammate payroll (every other Monday).

Responsible for learning and operating our Nursery software (SBI), processing data and information (including all order entry, order acknowledgements, invoicing, customer & vendor information, tag printing (wholesale & retail), and running reports). 

Responsible for sending invoices and Statements to our accounting office via daily scans, recap of daily sales, reconciliation of invoices. 

Responsible for distribution of truck schedules (detailed list of orders shipped per store delivery) to Reno teammates.  

Requirements

Candidates must have,

1. Insurable drivers license.

2. Strong computer skills, understand Microsoft Suite. (Excel, Outlook, Word) 

3. Bi lingual (very important) 

4. Plant knowledge. (very helpful)  

5. Dependable and able to multi task. 

6.  Must be able to lift 50 lbs. 

This is full time, year round employment. 

Moana Nursery does have a Random drug and Alcohol policy.

Pay range of $18.00-$22.00/hr. DOE.
