Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health
Start Date: 9/16/2024
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Pittsfield, MA, 01201
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Evenings, 8
Shift Notes: 8hr Shift - 3p-11.30a 40hr guarantee
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
On-Call Requirements: Possible
COVID-19/FLU Requirement: COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM. Exemption forms are available in Downloadable Forms (Both forms REQUIRE Provider/Religious Leader Signatures), or please ask your delivery team for documents. IF APPROVED BY THE HEALTH SYSTEM TRAVELER WILL WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON SITE. - AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO THE PROFILE - PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. "ANYTIME" WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
- 2 years of current Behavioral Health experience
- Meditech Expanse experience is strongly preferred
- BSN Preferred
- Previous Travel required (at least 6 mos)
- BLS (AHA)
- Massachusetts
- MA RN license MUST be in hand at upload. The client will not pay for the license.
