Duration: 13 Weeks
Location: Pittsfield, MA, 01201
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 8
Shift Notes:8hr days 40hr guarantee
Weekend Requirements: Every 2-3 weekends/Holidays required as needed
On-Call Requirements: Possible call, as needed

- One year of acute nursing care is required, hospital-based preferred.
- Experience in home health Required
- Certified Home Health Required Including Proficiency with OASIS
- Infusion Therapy Certification Preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of nursing.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply community health principles and practice.
- Demonstrated ability to perform independently as a clinician with minimal supervision or assistance.
- Experience with self-scheduling of caseload preferred.
- History of flexibility in assuming varied assignments.
- BSN strongly preferred
- Current Driver's License (and insurance) Required
- To effectively provide home care, they must have a working knowledge of home care reimbursement and regulatory guidelines.
- Traveler candidate must have their vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
