- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe home environment for clients through light housekeeping tasks.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records of patient observation and progress.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in home care, hospice care, or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and medication administration protocols.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges.
- Strong observational skills to recognize changes in client conditions effectively.
