Position Overview:
The Bookkeeping/Finance Specialist (Accounts Payable, Payroll and GL) will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with good computer skills who can manage multiple tasks and contribute to the overall financial health of our organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing and GL data entry. Bank Reconciliation experience also helpful.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and proficient using Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and a high level of accuracy in work products.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, customers and vendors.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
