Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily office operations
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory

- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Manage phone systems and handle customer inquiries

Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Proficiency in event planning and coordination
- Experience in training development is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong calendar management skills to schedule appointments and meetings effectively
- Knowledge of office procedures and ability to maintain a well-organized work environment
- Experience in team management or supervision is preferred
