The Opportunity: Be the Driving Force Behind Client Success

We’re seeking an Account Manager with a strong understanding of advertising for real estate agents. You’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their accounts run smoothly, marketing strategies are effectively implemented, and campaigns deliver measurable results. This role requires a confident individual who can manage client relationships, delegate advertising tasks to our virtual team, and take ownership of daily operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with real estate agents.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns proactively.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s goals and challenges to tailor marketing strategies to their needs.
  • Send daily updates to clients on campaign progress, strategies, and performance results.

Delegation & Team Coordination

  • Assign advertising and marketing tasks to the virtual team, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently.
  • Oversee the completion of marketing campaigns, making sure timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Serve as the bridge between clients and the virtual team, ensuring seamless communication and aligned expectations.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Oversight

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for real estate agents, leveraging social media advertising and lead generation techniques.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • Utilize advanced retargeting strategies to ensure high-quality lead generation and conversion.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track campaign metrics and provide clear, actionable performance reports to clients.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and demonstrate measurable results aligned with client goals.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a client-facing role, has strong organizational skills, and can lead with confidence. You should have a solid understanding of advertising strategies for real estate agents and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Experience with lead generation and retargeting strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to delegate tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience working with real estate agents or in the real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics software.
  • Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and best practices.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Availability to meet with clients virtually or in person (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year

Benefits:
